The Villa Maia, that dates back to 1924, shows how, by repeating models and solutions, the Art Nouveau style persists in Ílhavo's urban construction.
The Paradela Villa is an interesting building, from which the entrance porch and attic stand out. It is worth highlighting the stone works with two lion heads, tile friezes and irons.
