This villa stands out thanks to the happiness expelled by its many colors, resulting from a facade lavishly decorated with tiles. The facade's handling reveals a balance between the different plans and their decoration, where also the iron grilles, thanks to their delicacy and stonework, are highlighted.

The combination of the stonework with interesting works carved in limestone, with tiles and iron, presents an overall harmony. It is important to emphasize the excellent clipping that the doors and windows print on the facade.
R. VASCO DA GAMA, 19
Dating back to 1914, it presents an eclectic aspect associated with a volumetric approach somewhat different from other houses in the neighborhood, especially on the ground floor level. The Art Nouveau elements are mainly displayed in the iron and in the tile friezes.
