The Ramalho Cooperage was founded in 1952 and the “Farramenta” Cooperage in 1962. They are both family-run businesses, led by two and three generations of coopers, respectively. Both spaces are dedicated to the manufacture and repair of barrels and casks for storage and aging of the best wines and whiskeys in the world. They have recently started to produce and transform barrels for gardening and decoration.
